Tumbler Element is designed to provide rapid response to emergency situations and function in tight urban spaces that larger fire engines may have difficulties getting into. Its compact body, as compared to a fire engine, allows it to be highly manoeuvrable in narrow urban streets. In spite of its size, it is capable of providing sufficient knock-down power to take on residential and industrial fires as a first response vehicle.
Tumbler Element is equipped with a proprietary controller which makes it simple for the operator to switch the power take-off (PTO) from driving to pumping mode. Once in pumping mode, the vehicle becomes a powerful firefighting tool with its PTO-driven fire pump and compressed air foam system (CAFS). Each pump outlet has individual controls which enable multi-pronged firefighting strategies and the remote-controlled deck gun allows a single operator to have full control of the jet stream, enhancing firefighting efficiency.
