Flood Response Vehicle

The Flood Response Vehicle (FRV) is a quick response vehicle specifically designed to react to flash flooding emergencies. Within the vehicle, the FRV houses a compact rear canopy with compartments sufficient enough for required stores used during patrolling reservoirs for both on and off-road terrain. In the case of going off-road, a wading depth of 700mm was required in order for the vehicle to traverse in - resulting in the selection of a 4WD chassis to achieve the required mobility.

A LED display on the FRV allows for customisable messages which is displayed on screen - providing ease of message displays.

Custom shelves for different storage options provide ample space for different equipment. If required, the FRV is also able to enter carparks with minimum height limits (i.e. 2.15 metres).
